1. About the Elite Negotiator Index™

Elite Negotiator Index™ is a professional development and educational assessment designed to help individuals understand their negotiation style, strengths, and areas for growth. It is provided by The Elite Negotiator™.

2. Developmental Use Statement

The assessment results are intended to support self-reflection and professional growth. They should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions, clinical diagnosis, or any legally significant determination.

3. Your Responses and Data

Your responses are stored securely. If you complete the assessment as part of an organised programme, your facilitator or programme administrator may review your results for developmental purposes. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time through your My Space dashboard.

4. Email Communication

If you consent to receive your results by email, your email address will be used solely to deliver your assessment results. We do not use your email for marketing without separate, explicit consent. You may opt out of email communications at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Elite Negotiator Index™ assessment, its content, and all related materials are the intellectual property of The Elite Negotiator™. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the assessment without written permission.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Product Development and Validation

To support quality assurance and ongoing product development, pseudonymized and aggregated assessment data may be used to evaluate the methodology and performance of the Elite Negotiator Index™, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

This validation use:

• does not alter ownership of your user-provided information;
• does not permit disclosure of your individual report to employers or any third party unless otherwise authorized by you or these Terms;
• does not override any protections set out in the Privacy Policy.
